MCS Guest Ticket Information
Guest tickets will be emailed to the student's school email address in Office 365 Outlook. Registration confirmation and guest tickets will be emailed to the student’s school email address in Office 365 Outlook – click here how to check your student email in Outlook and share guest tickets with your guests. Even though the student enters the guest name, phone, and email (for contact tracing) it does not email any tickets to the guest directly it only emails the guest tickets to the student school email address.
This online registration portal only allows eligible students to login to RSVP for the live ceremony and the ability to select up to a max of 2 guest tickets, make sure to reserve all your guest tickets when you register for the first time. A max of 2 guests means two individual people. For example, a person and a child sitting on their lap would be considered 2 guests.
Schools having their ceremony at MJC Stadium will need to have all students and guests complete a MJC COVID-19 Self Screening Online Form on the day of the event, this includes Hanshaw, Beyer, Davis, Enochs, Gregori, and Modesto High by clicking here
Guests may arrive 60 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to enter through assigned gates and must have their guest ticket to be scanned at the entrance. Venue schedule can be found in English and Spanish by clicking here
No flowers, balloons, outside food or drink will be allowed in the venues. No handshaking, fist bumps, or hugging. Remember individuals wear their masks and keep to the 6ft physical distancing.
Tickets will include venue; color-coded map for parking, entrance, and exits; date and time of the ceremony; and assigned seating. Be sure to bring your ticket with you to the event either printed or shown on your mobile device. Tickets will be scanned at the entrances to the venues and will only accept valid registrations and tickets from this portal.
Students, if you would like to request a single seat or ADA accessibility seat for a guest, please email us at graduation@mcs4kids.com, the requested seat counts towards your max guest seats
